Who we are

This website is operated by Platform Reality ("Platform Reality", "we"). This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry, request a callback or schedule a site visit, we collect your name, mobile number, and optionally your email address, city, the property you are interested in, preferred visit date and any message you write. We also receive basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and spam prevention, and — only if analytics is enabled — anonymised usage statistics.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, share property information you asked for, arrange site visits and follow up by call, SMS, email or WhatsApp. With your consent we may share your enquiry with the developer of the project you asked about so they can assist you.

Retention & security

Enquiries are stored securely and retained only as long as needed to assist you or as required by law. Access is limited to our team.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by writing to venkat@platformreality.com.
